UPDATE: New COVID-19 NHS Number

The NHS is launching a new 3 digit number (119) as part of it’s COVID-19 response. The initial use of 119 will be to support the Government’s initiative relating to testing. It may be used subsequently be used to support the other initiatives during the current pandemic.

This 119 service will sit alongside the current NHS 111 helpline. Calls to 119 will be free of charge from uk landlines, mobile ands and VoiP lines and will be listed as “Pandemic 119”.
