Voicemail Access
There are a number of ways to access your voicemails

Calling from a IP handset to your own voicemail

Dial 1571 from your handset. This will then prompt you for a 4 digit PIN followed by #. (for password see welcome email)  If you’re unaware of what this is, please contact Customer Services who will reset this for you. The voice prompts will then guide you through listening to your messages or updating your personal greetings

Calling from a Broadsoft Inclarity handset to another users voicemail (or Hunt Group/Receptionist Client/Call Centre)

Dial 1571 from your handset. Press the * (star) key. You will then be prompted for your ‘Mailbox ID’. This is the phone number of the voicemail box you wish to access followed by #. Following this, you will be prompted for the 4 digit PIN of the mailbox.If you’re unaware of what this is, please contact Customer Services who will reset this for you. The voice prompts will then guide you through listening to your messages or updating your personal greetings

Calling from a non-Inclarity handset

Call 08456999003 from any non-Inclarity handset.You will be prompted for your ‘Mailbox ID’. This is the phone number of the voicemail box you wish to access followed by #. Following this, you will be prompted for the 4 digit PIN of the mailbox.If you’re unaware of what this is, please contact Customer Services who will reset this for you. The voice prompts will then guide you through listening to your messages or updating your personal greetings

Phone Manager – Subscriber Voicemail

To access your voicemails on your computer, navigate to Phone Manager and log in using your phone number and PIN. On the left hand side, select Voicemail where you will be able to replay or delete your voicemails.

Uploading a personal greeting

All files must be recorded in a format of 8khz, 8-bit, mono and must be in a .wav format

To convert the file to this format, please download Audacity 2.06 and follow the instructions on the below link

There are two ways to control your personal greetings:

  • Dial into the voicemail service and record a greeting
  • Record the file in a .wav format and email Customer Services to upload this

For Hunt Groups, you can now upload your personal On Busy and No Answer greetings on the SMT.

If you wish to have this professionally recorded, Inclarity have a partnership with a recording studio which offers this service. Please select your preferred voice here, email the required script to Customer Services who will then obtain a quote for the work.

Voicemail Structure

To access your voicemail box, press 1

To go to the greetings menu, press 3 – DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE
To change your passcode, press 8
To exit the voicemail system, press 9
To repeat this menu, press #

Option 1 options
To listen to your messages, press 1
To change your mailbox busy greeting, press 2
To change your mailbox no answer greeting, press 3
To compose and send a new message, press 5
To modify the message deposit settings for your mailbox, press 8
To go to the voicemail system, press * (star)
To repeat this menu, press #

After the message has played (from Option 1), the options are  
To save this message, press #
To erase this message, press 7
To repeat this message, press 2
To play the message, press 5
For additional options, press 9
To go back to the previous menu, press *

Option 9
To reply to the current message, press 1
To forward the current message, press 2
To go back to the previous menu, press *
To repeat this menu, press #
